Creation of a flagship design concept for VOLKSBANK and realization of the first branch on Vienna‘s known shopping street Mariahilfer. The new design concept is based on an open and friendly customer space idea, supported by bright materials and colours. The CI element and also the eye catcher of the new design concept is the welcoming pult, which shows the caracteristics of the frank customer relation of the bank. bwmretail was also responsible for the authority approval process for the realization of the total project, including HVACE works.
